MSQUASH PORT CHESTER 2024/25
The Greenwich High School Squash Program at MSquash aims to continue to cultivate well-rounded student-athletes and teach life lessons that will extend beyond their time on the court. Our approach emphasizes the importance of the team as a whole, a school team and a team of friends, as outside of the school sport, squash can place focus and pressure on the individual.

We will continue to have an important focus on the following elements in 2024-25

A school squash program that challenges and inspires Greenwich’s best players to train with the team

An inclusive and educational program for those relatively new to the sport that teaches them the basic skills of the sport

A well planned curriculum and lesson plan with strong structure and feedback during clinics and matchplay, where players are taught to learn new strategy, technique and movement or optimize their existing skills

Guidance for the team from an MSquash Coach during High School Nationals
The MSQUASH sessions will combine all these 4 goals in one experience for the school group.
